Whole House Inspection

A whole-home inspection is most often ordered by those in the process of buying a home to ensure any costly unseen issues are disclosed before the close of the sale. Helping you save time, money, and a lot of headaches.

Our whole-home inspection provides a thorough inspection of the structural elements and mechanical systems of the home. This usually includes the roof, heating and cooling systems, electrical systems, plumbing and fixtures, the attic, basements & foundations as well as the structure of decks and porches. The inspector will thoroughly survey the property and note any potential problem areas.

The goal of the whole-home inspection is to give you an idea of any items that are currently in disrepair or that could become issues in the future so that you can make an educated decision about purchasing the home. We want to help you make the most of your investment!

Through extensive training and experience, I have insight into houses similar to yours. I know what to look for and can readily compare your house and its systems with other houses of similar age and condition. All homes have strong and weak points, and they are not always what they seem.

Your inspection will give you the overall “Big Picture” analysis of the house. If there is anything that requires further inspection or is of concern, I will recommend the appropriate professional, which may be an experienced engineer or a qualified licensed contractor or specialty tradesman with expertise analyzing that particular system or structural component.
